Wo wird mein Spielstand gespeichert?

Nur auf Ihrem Gerät. Es gibt kein Konto und keine Cloud-Speicherung durch uns. Wenn Sie die App löschen oder die App-Daten löschen, ist der Spielstand weg, es sei denn, Ihr Gerät stellt ihn aus seiner eigenen Sicherung (Google-Konto bzw. iCloud) wieder her.

Ich habe etwas gekauft. Wie bekomme ich es auf einem neuen Gerät zurück?

Falls Sie in der App etwas gekauft haben: Melden Sie sich auf dem neuen Gerät mit demselben Google- bzw. Apple-Konto an und tippen Sie in der App im Shop auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Das Ermittler-Abo und die Aktenreihen 2 und 3 werden dann wieder freigeschaltet. Gekaufte Tipps sind an die Installation gebunden und werden dabei nicht übertragen.

Wie kündige ich das Ermittler-Abo?

Abos verwalten und kündigen Sie im Store, nicht in der App:

  • Android: Google Play Store → Profilbild → Zahlungen und Abos → Abos → Mordraster
  • iPhone und iPad: Einstellungen → Ihr Name → Abonnements → Mordraster

Das Löschen der App beendet das Abo nicht. Nach der Kündigung können Sie das Abo bis zum Ende der bezahlten Laufzeit weiter nutzen.

Wie schalte ich die tägliche Erinnerung aus?

In der App unter Einstellungen → Tägliche Erinnerung. Sie können Mitteilungen von Mordraster auch in den Systemeinstellungen Ihres Geräts abschalten.

Was ist ein Fall-Code?

Jeder freie Fall hat einen Code aus 6 Zeichen. Geben Sie ihn unter „Fall per Code öffnen“ ein, um genau diesen Fall zu spielen, zum Beispiel einen Fall, den Ihnen jemand geschickt hat. Der Code wird nur auf Ihrem Gerät ausgewertet.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my progress stored?

Only on your device. There is no account and we do not store anything in the cloud. If you delete the app or clear its data, your progress is gone, unless your device restores it from its own backup (Google account or iCloud).

I bought something. How do I get it back on a new device?

If you bought something in the app: sign in on the new device with the same Google or Apple account and tap “Restore purchases” in the app's shop. The Detective subscription and Series 2 and 3 are then unlocked again. Purchased hints are tied to the installation and are not transferred.

How do I cancel the Detective subscription?

You manage and cancel subscriptions in the store, not in the app:

  • Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mordraster
  • iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mordraster

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, you can keep using the subscription until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund?

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

In the app under Settings → Daily reminder. You can also turn off notifications from Mordraster in your device's system settings.

What is a case code?

Every free case has a 6-character code. Enter it under “Open a case by code” to play exactly that case, for example one someone sent you. The code is only processed on your device.
